APS Coating (Air Plasma Spray)

Plasma spray coating is the most flexible process out of all the thermal spray processes. Basically, it is the spraying of molten or heat-softened material onto a surface to provide a coating. The utilization of the powerful plasma spray coating technology can facilitate the spraying of almost any ceramic, cermet or metal onto a wide variety of materials with exceptional bond strength as well as a minimal distortion of the substrate.



Wire Gas Coating

Wire metallization, the first thermal spraying technique to be used. Especially used to restore original dimensions of worn parts and for anti corrosion coatings. In this process thermal energy is obtained from the combustion of combustible gas and coating material is in form of wire.





Laser Welding/Coating

Laser welding belongs to the most modern welding methods, as well as coating methods. It is a competition for advanced welding processes, among others electron welding. The welding process is characterized by very high efficiency and the ability to combine the most diverse shapes in all welding positions, which increases the efficiency of production processes. The laser welding process consists in fusing the area of contact of the joined objects with heat obtained as a result of the addition of a concentrated coherent beam of very high power density to this area.
